Soccer Recap: San Lorenzo's Luck Changes for the Better on Wednesday

There's no place like home for San Lorenzo, who bounced back after a loss on the road back in December of 2024. They skirted past the Hayward Farmers 2-1. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Grizzlies as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

San Lorenzo's win bumped their record up to 3-5-1. As for Hayward, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6-3.

The future could be bright for both San Lorenzo and Hayward: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. San Lorenzo will try to hand San Leandro their third-straight loss when the two meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Hayward will look to extend Arroyo's four-game losing streak when the meet at 3:30 p.m. on January 16th.
