Baseball Recap: Hazen Takes a Loss

Hazen made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Randolph, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Wildcats fell just short of the Ghosts by a score of 4-2 on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Wildcats couldn't push the score so high this time.

Hazen's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Randolph, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Hazen will venture away from home to take on Spaulding at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Randolph, they will face off against Harwood at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
