Basketball Recap: Abington Takes a Loss

Abington lost to Plymouth Whitemarsh back in December of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Galloping Ghosts were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 42-41 to the Colonials.

Abington's loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-10. As for Plymouth Whitemarsh, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Abington will venture away from home to face off against Quakertown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Plymouth Whitemarsh, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Methacton at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
