Football Preview: Kinsley Coyotes vs. Meade Buffaloes
The Kinsley Coyotes will challenge the Meade Buffaloes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Kinsley comes in on four and Meade on three.
On Friday, Kinsley got the win against Spearville by a conclusive 38-14. Fans of the Coyotes have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.
Kinsley found their leader in sophomore Josh Stuckey, who rushed for 127 yards and one score on only 12 carries, and also threw for seven yards and one touchdown. Stuckey also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making ten total tackles and defending one pass.
Kinsley was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 304 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 205 rushing yards in five consecutive games dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Meade won against Sublette last Friday with 48 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Buffaloes blew past South Gray 48-0. Given the Buffaloes' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas football rankings (they are ranked 20th, while the Rebels are ranked 66th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
Kinsley's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Meade, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
