Soccer Game Preview: Kennedy vs. Swett

The Kennedy Eagles will face off against the Swett Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Swett took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Kennedy, who comes in off a win.

Kennedy is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Everything went their way against Vallejo on Wednesday as Kennedy made off with an 8-1 win. It was an even better day for Neari Washington as she scored three goals for her team.

Meanwhile, Swett has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They fell just short of Hercules by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday.

Kennedy is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those six matches. As for Swett, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11-3.

Kennedy took their victory against Swett in their previous meeting two weeks ago by a conclusive 6-1. Will Kennedy repeat their success, or does Swett have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
