Football Recap: C.H. Yoe Comes Up Short at Home Against La Grange + How To Watch

C.H. Yoe unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They had to suffer through a 41-14 loss at the hands of the La Grange Leopards. The Yoemen lost against the Leopards in their previous head to head back in August of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 52-49 score last time.

C.H. Yoe and La Grange could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. The Yoemen (ranked 482nd) will meet Sealy (ranked 153rd) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, La Grange will take on Columbus at 7:30 p.m. on Friday with a big rank disadvantage (377 vs. 77).
