Football Game Preview: Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights vs. B O L D Warriors

The Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the B O L D Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Russell-Tyler-Ruthton's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while B O L D has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.

Russell-Tyler-Ruthton will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any points last Thursday, then bounced right back against Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg on Wednesday. The Knights really took it to the Fighting Saints for the full four quarters, racking up a 42-0 win. Russell-Tyler-Ruthton will have to contain Marcus Benson as he made an impact in B O L D's last game. He rushed for 108 yards on only ten carries.

Russell-Tyler-Ruthton's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for B O L D, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.

Russell-Tyler-Ruthton beat B O L D 33-20 in their previous matchup on October 3rd. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Warriors' Colton Baumgartner, who rushed for 79 yards and one TD, and also threw for 110 yards and one touchdown on only nine passes.
