Bryce Wallum Turns in Season-Best Performance

Bryce Wallum produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Troup to the win on Friday. Wallum rushed for 246 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also threw for 97 yards and two touchdowns on only eight passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 97-yard run.

On the year, Wallum has thrown 13 touchdowns while averaging 109.6 passing yards per game.

Brett Wells Makes It Two for Troup

Keeping Wallum company is Brett Wells, a fellow Troup player. He rushed for 67 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making five total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending two passes.

Underclassman Dalton Walker came into Friday's matchup looking to prove himself and that's exactly what he did. Nobody could stop he on Friday as he rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 50 yards.

This season, Walker has averaged 38.1 receiving yards per game.

Josh Childress Delivers Best Effort of Season

Josh Childress produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Troup to the win on Friday. Childress picked up 63 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 58 yards and a touchdown. He was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 63 yards.

On the year, Childress has thrown those 1 touchdown (and no picks) while averaging 9.1 passing yards per game.

Josh Smith Makes Top Five

Rounding off our Top Five is Josh Smith of Arp. Smith's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 139 rushing yards. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 60 yards.

Arp's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-3. Smith and Arp will face off against Woodville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
