Soccer Recap: International Comes Up Short

International entered their matchup against Sonoma Academy on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Jaguars fell just short of the Coyotes by a score of 3-2. International were not able to make up for their defeat to Sonoma Academy from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Eli Rothschild wasn't going to let Sonoma Academy walk away unscathed as he scored both of International's goals, bringing his season total up to two goals.

International now has a losing record of 3-4-2. As for Sonoma Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2-1 record this season.

International has already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Drew on the 3rd. As for Sonoma Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 7-0 victory against Geyserville on the 1st.
