Softball Recap: Millard South Takes a Loss

Millard South fell victim to Bellevue East and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (11-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, their shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Millard South's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Bellevue East, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

Millard South wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 12-8 victory against Pius X on the 5th. As for Bellevue East, they have also already played their next contest, a 7-5 win against Liberty on the 5th.
