Soccer Game Preview: Jefferson County vs. Northeast

Jefferson County is preparing for their first region matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will welcome the Northeast Raiders at 7:30 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Thursday, Jefferson County didn't have quite enough to beat Swainsboro and fell 2-1. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Academy for Classical Education, falling 10-0. That's two games in a row now that the Raiders have lost by exactly ten goals.

Northeast's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Jefferson County, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
