Basketball Game Preview: Eastern Warriors vs. North Adams Green Devils

The Eastern Warriors will challenge the North Adams Green Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Monday, Eastern didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington, but they still walked away with a 50-46 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Warriors' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 223rd, while the Blue Jays are ranked 552nd).

Meanwhile, North Adams came tearing into Monday's game with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They took down the Lions 57-39.

North Adams' win bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Eastern, their victory bumped their record up to 14-5.

Eastern didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against North Adams when the teams last played back in January, but they still walked away with a 47-43 win.
