Grayson's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Grovetown Warriors 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Rams have posted since August 14th.

Grayson is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Grovetown, their loss ended a 17-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Grayson will take on Newton at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grovetown, they will challenge Lakeside at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
