Softball Recap: Moffat County Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Friday. Moffat County lost 18-2 to Palisade. Moffat County has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Moffat County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rylie Cook, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.

Moffat County's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Palisade, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Moffat County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 17-1 defeat against Mullen on the 6th. As for Palisade, they have also already played their next match, an 8-4 victory against Montezuma-Cortez on the 6th.
