Soccer Recap: Wednesday's Win Is Carpinteria's Fifth in Last Six Outings

The Carpinteria Warriors' defense stepped up to hand the Channel Islands Raiders a 5-0 shutout. It was an even better day for Evelyn Lara as she scored three goals for her team.

The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those six matchups.
