Recap: Kennedy Cougars vs. Panorama Pythons
The Kennedy Cougars stacked an eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They breezed by Panorama at home to the tune of 63-30. Winning may never get old, but Kennedy sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kennedy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Andreya Villa, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds. Natalie Herrera was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two steals.
Kennedy pushed their record up to 17-4 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Panorama, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.
Kennedy will head out on the road to challenge Canoga Park at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Panorama, they will be playing at home against Sylmar at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Sylmar presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Panorama in California (Sylmar is ranked 466th, while Panorama is ranked 1166th).
