Soccer Game Preview: Atrisco Heritage Academy vs. Rio Grande

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Rio Grande, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They never let West Mesa get on the board and left with a 3-0 win on Wednesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Rio Grande as it put an end to their four-match losing streak.

Aracely Gallegos and Dorthy Padilla scored all three of Rio Grande's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Rio Grande's win bumped their record up to 4-13. As for Atrisco Heritage Academy, they now have a losing record of 8-9.
