Soccer Recap: West Takes a Loss

West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Redondo Union Sea Hawks. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Warriors couldn't quite close it out.

West's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8-1. As for Redondo Union, the win keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Palos Verdes the next time they take the pitch. West will head out to face Palos Verdes at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while Redondo Union will host them on Friday.
