Mammoth is 6-0-1 against California City since January of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Mammoth Huskies will host the California City Ravens at 3:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Mammoth is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Bishop Union just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 8-0 to the Broncos. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Huskies haven't been shut out since back in December of 2024.

Meanwhile, it was a Battle of the Birds when California City challenged Frazier Mountain on Thursday. Neither California City nor Frazier Mountain could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Ravens have been dealt a draw since back in December of 2024.

Mammoth's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-4-3. California City's draw makes their record 5-11-3 this season.

Mammoth skirted past California City 1-0 in their previous meeting back in January. Will Mammoth repeat their success, or does California City have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
