Bethel Park is 7-0 against West Allegheny since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Bethel Park Black Hawks will square off against the West Allegheny Indians at 6:00 p.m. Bethel Park is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.6 points per game this season.

Bethel Park is headed into the game having just posted their biggest victory since December 21, 2024 on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Uniontown 61-34. Given the Black Hawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 123rd, while the Red Raiders are ranked 451st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bethel Park got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Ella Sabatos out in front who went 6 of 8 en route to 14 points along with six rebounds and five steals. Fiona O?Neill was another key player, going 8 for 13 on her way to 18 points.

Meanwhile, West Allegheny was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 53-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mars.

The victory made it two in a row for Bethel Park and bumps their season record up to 8-8. As for West Allegheny, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7.

Bethel Park was able to grind out a solid win over West Allegheny when the teams last played back in February of 2019, winning 60-49. Will Bethel Park repeat their success, or does West Allegheny have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
