Softball Recap: Commerce Comes Up Short

Commerce managed to slip by Vinita the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Tigers came up short against the Hornets on Tuesday, falling 13-4. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Commerce's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Vinita, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 16-23.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Hornets beat Commerce by a score of 13-5 later that day.
