Softball Recap: Arkoma Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Arkoma's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Wister Wildcats on Thursday. The loss continues a trend for the Mustangs in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost eight in a row.

Arkoma's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Wister, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-10.

Looking ahead, Wister is taking a road trip to take on Roland at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Arkoma will be paying especially close attention to the Wildcats' matchup: after the Wildcats face off against Earlsboro, they'll take on Arkoma again on Thursday.
