Everything went their way against the Gilbert Classical Academy Spartans as the Leading Edge Academy - GEC Spartans made off with a 24-6 victory. Leading Edge Academy - GEC got a massive performance out of Ava Ayala, who scored three runs and stole six bases while going 4-for-5. Audrina Vega was another key contributor, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in five of her six plate appearances.
