Recap: Calaveras Red Hawks vs. Lodi Flames
The Calaveras Red Hawks were the 56-43 winner over the Lodi Flames when they last played one another back in January of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. Calaveras fell 43-31 to Lodi on Monday.
Despite the loss, Calaveras still got an impressive performance from Ginger Scheidt, who scored 11 points along with 5 rebounds. Scheidt scored a full 35.5% of Calaveras' points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Calaveras' defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lodi, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Calaveras will take on Weston Ranch at 7:00 p.m. on November 29th. As for Lodi, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Manteca at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Manteca focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Friday.
