LaGrange Academy had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They blew past the St. George's Athletes 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as LaGrange Academy also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: LaGrange Academy took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-13, 25-14.

LaGrange Academy's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for St. George's, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, LaGrange Academy and Covenant Academy will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. George's, they will face off against Skipstone Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
