Seaman won the last time they faced Turner and things went their way on Friday too. The Vikings claimed a resounding 56-6 win over the Golden Bears. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Vikings' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas football rankings (they are ranked 87th, while the Golden Bears are ranked 204th).

Cale Ketter had another great game (as he tends to do), throwing for 264 yards and four touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. 83 of Ketter's passing yards were hauled in by Noah Kobuszewski.

Seaman's run defense was locked in: Turner could only muster 3.3 yards per carry. The team can thank Cameron Brian for the heroic effort on defense: he. Seaman didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 5.9.

Seaman didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Bryson Fehr and Ross Shipley. With that strong performance, Fehr is now averaging an impressive 5.3 total tackles per game. Brian was another major factor on D, making 13 total tackles (2.0 for loss).

When it comes to explaining why Turner lost, don't look at Carlos Alexander. Despite the final result, he rushed for 53 yards and one TD.

The victory made it two in a row for Seaman and bumps their season record up to 2-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points over those games. As for Turner, their record is now 0-4.

Coming up, Seaman will face off against Lansing on Friday. As for Turner, they will challenge KIPP Legacy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Turner will be up against KIPP Legacy's rather soft defense (which has allowed 38.25 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
