Baseball Recap: Bishop Mcnamara Makes It Five in a Row at Home

Bishop McNamara proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by ten) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Chicago Hope Academy 6-5. The Fightin' Irish have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Chicago Hope Academy, too.

The team relied heavily on Braylon Ricketts, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Gavin Jones was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.
