Baseball Game Preview: Fort Bend Clements Rangers vs. Fort Bend Elkins Knights

For the second straight game, Fort Bend Clements will face off against Fort Bend Elkins. The Rangers will challenge the Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fort Bend Clements is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4 runs per game this season.

Fort Bend Clements took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Fort Bend Elkins as they made off with an 8-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Rangers, who have now won nine matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Dante Martinez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on five hits and racked up six Ks.
