Beatrice entered their tilt with Malcolm on Saturday with 14 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 15. They came out on top against the Clippers by a score of 6-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 11-3 on September 9th.

Tatum Tempelmeyer was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Brooke Gleason, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double.

Beatrice's victory bumped their record up to 23-4. As for Malcolm, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-11.

Beatrice wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 11-0 win against Ashland-Greenwood on the 27th. As for Malcolm, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 14-4 loss against Wahoo on the 27th.
