Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mount Union). The stars were shining brightly for them in a 56-42 victory over the Northern Bedford County Panthers on Thursday. The win was some much needed relief for the Trojans as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Mount Union had a senior duo take command as Cailyn Skopic almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine steals and Maddie Dimoff went 8 of 18 on her way to 24 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Skopic has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Syneira Cox, who posted six points and three blocks.

Mount Union was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
