Volleyball Recap: Germantown Takes a Loss

Germantown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Homestead Highlanders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Highlanders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Homestead can attribute much of their success to Kennedy Klueger, who had four digs and four aces.

Germantown's defeat dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Homestead, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 10-10.

Germantown wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Union Grove on the 4th. As for Homestead, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Whitnall on the 4th.
