 Centennial was the  3-0 winner over Chattahoochee when they last played one another  in Friday's  first game, but their luck changed this time around. The Centennial Knights took  a  6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chattahoochee Cougars in Friday's  second game.
 Centennial saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Jake Hickox, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-4.
 On Chattahoochee's side,  Drew O?Neill tossed a big game,   not allowing a single  earned run over six innings pitched. O?Neill has been consistent recently: he hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in five consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  Nick Woodard was  excellent,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Centennial has  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost six of their last eight matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 7-20 record  this season. As for Chattahoochee, their victory bumped their record up to 9-16.
 Centennial will be playing in front of their home fans against Cartersville at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Cartersville's pitching crew has only allowed 2.2  runs per game  this season, so Centennial's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Chattahoochee, they will head out on the road to  challenge  North Springs at 5:55  p.m.  on Monday. North Springs will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  win, something Chattahoochee surely won't give up without a fight.
