Softball Recap: East Jackson Takes a Loss

East Jackson fell victim to Prince Avenue Christian and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 11-0 to the Wolverines. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Wolverines recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

East Jackson's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Prince Avenue Christian, they pushed their record up to 23-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. East Jackson will take on rival Hart County at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Prince Avenue Christian is set to challenge their familiar foe Hebron Christian at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Wolverines 2.5, the Lions 2) so any runs scored will be well earned.
