Softball Recap: Del City Takes a Loss

Del City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 16-4 to the McAlester Buffaloes. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Buffaloes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-5 back in August.

Del City's defeat dropped their record down to 4-20-1. As for McAlester, they moved to 5-20 with that victory, which also ended their seven-game losing streak.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Buffaloes beat Del City by a score of 15-4 later that day.
