Soccer Recap: Douglass Takes a Loss

Douglass was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the North Clayton Eagles.

Douglass' loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for North Clayton, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 1-5 record.

Coincidentally, Douglass and North Clayton will both be playing Cedar Grove the next time they take the pitch. Douglass will head out to face Cedar Grove at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while North Clayton will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
