Basketball Game Preview: Hamilton Yankees vs. Palisades Dolphins

Hamilton and Palisades are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2021, but not for long. The Hamilton Yankees will face off against the Palisades Dolphins at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Hamilton comes in on 17 and Palisades on three.

Hamilton is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 73-32 victory over Granada Hills Charter. The Yankees have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Kinidi Curl was her usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double with 30 points and nine assists. Her evening made it six games in a row in which she has scored at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was Jade Fort, who posted 18 points.

Meanwhile, Palisades was able to grind out a solid win over El Camino Real on Thursday, taking the game 58-47.

Hamilton's victory was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 25-1. As for Palisades, they now have a winning record of 15-14.

Hamilton strolled past Palisades when the teams last played on February 5th by a score of 68-50. Will Hamilton repeat their success, or does Palisades have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
