Basketball Recap: Carlynton Takes a Loss

After flying high against Jefferson-Morgan last Friday, Carlynton came back down to earth. The Carlynton Cougars took a blow against the Fort Cherry Rangers on Thursday, falling 67-22. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Rangers recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

Carlynton now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Fort Cherry, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Carlynton will challenge Northgate at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Fort Cherry has already played their next contest (against Brentwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
