Soccer Game Recap: Santa Teresa vs. Independence

The Santa Teresa Saints's game last Wednesday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They won by a goal and slipped past Independence 3-2. That's another feather in the cap for Santa Teresa, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

They were led to victory by the tag-team duo of Camryn Folkers and Giselle Reyes, who scored all three of Santa Teresa's goals. The pair have combined for a total of 11 so far this season.

Santa Teresa's victory bumped their record up to 7-11-2. As for Independence, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7-2.

Santa Teresa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Independence also has no future games currently scheduled.
