Summit Shasta extended their home winning streak to 18 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Niesha Ramirez. The Summit Shasta Black Bears breezed past the Design Tech Dragons to the tune of 70-37 on Tuesday thanks in part to Ramirez, who dropped a double-double with 31 points and 23 rebounds. That makes it ten consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Summit Shasta's points.
Design Tech's loss came despite strong showings from Emerson 'Emi' LaPedis and Vanessa Chow. LaPedis posted 15 points and six boards, while Chow had 13 points and seven rebounds.
