Baseball Recap: West Hall Comes Up Short

West Hall lost against Cherokee Bluff on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Spartans took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bears. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Hall saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Barry Bulluck, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.

West Hall's loss dropped their record down to 9-17. As for Cherokee Bluff, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: West Hall beat Cherokee Bluff by a score of 8-4 later that day.
