Walton had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 12-4 margin over the Campbell Spartans. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won six matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Walton's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Campbell, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Walton will host Marietta at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Campbell, they will welcome Osborne at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
