Softball Recap: Ashland-Greenwood Find Success

After only one run in their last matchup, Ashland-Greenwood made sure to put some runs up on the board against Malcolm on Saturday. The Bluejays never let the Clippers get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Bluejays might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by eight runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Reese Fisher, who fired off two home runs and four RBI while going 2-for-3. That's the most home runs she has posted since back in August of 2024. Ellie Milburn also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Ashland-Greenwood always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .583. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Malcolm only posted an OBP of .250.
