Volleyball Recap: Eastside Takes a Loss

After flying high against Prairie Heights on Thursday, Eastside came back down to earth. The Blazers fell just short of the Bryan Golden Bears by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Bryan found their leader in sophomore Reese Ruffer, who had 11 digs.

Eastside's loss dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Bryan, they moved to 4-10 with that win, which also ended their six-game losing streak.

Eastside has already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Edon on the 20th. As for Bryan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Delta on the 20th.
