Softball Recap: Perkins-Tryon Comes Up Short

Perkins-Tryon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Washington Warriors, falling 20-2.

Perkins-Tryon saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landry Shepherd, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Perkins-Tryon's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Washington, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 25-3.

Perkins-Tryon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Washington, they will welcome Cache at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
