Soccer Recap: West Forsyth Wins Going Away Against Mount Airy

After failing to score in their last game, West Forsyth made sure to put some goals up on the board against Mount Airy on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 6-2 margin over the Granite Bears. Campden Bishop was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

West Forsyth's win bumped their record up to 4-1-1. As for Mount Airy, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Coming up, West Forsyth will take on Watauga at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mount Airy, they will face off against East Wilkes at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Mount Airy are facing East Wilkes at the right time seeing as East Wilkes are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
