Softball Recap: Cashion Comes Up Short

After flying high against Casady on Friday, Cashion came back down to earth. The Wildcats fell just short of the Heritage Hall Chargers by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Chargers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2016.

Cashion's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Heritage Hall, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Cashion wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Drumright on the 23rd. As for Heritage Hall, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Crossings Christian on the 23rd.
