Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Joseph City). They blew past the Holbrook Roadrunners 22-0 on Thursday. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 contests by eight runs or more this season.

April Neill was incredible, firing off three home runs, four runs, and five RBI while going 3-for-3. Those three home runs gave her a new career-high. Audrey Neill was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and one triple.

Joseph City always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .862. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Holbrook only posted an OBP of .250.

The win made it two in a row for Joseph City and bumps their season record up to 17-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 19.0 runs over those games. As for Holbrook, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-7 record.

Joseph City wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 9-7 win against Phoenix Christian on the 7th. As for Holbrook, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 14-6 victory against Williams on the 4th.
