Recap: Bentworth Bearcats vs. Frazier Commodores
The Bentworth Bearcats can finally bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They came out on top against Frazier by a score of 54-47. The victory was just what Bentworth needed coming off of a 60-20 defeat in their prior match.
Bentworth can attribute much of their success to Aubrie Logan, who scored 22 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Logan has scored all season. Amber Sallee was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Bentworth's win bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Frazier, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Pennsylvania (Southmoreland is ranked 634th, while Bentworth is ranked 632nd). Frazier won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Monessen at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Monessen will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
