East Forsyth has gone a perfect 7-0 against Cedar Shoals recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Broncos will be playing in front of their home fans against the Jaguars at 6:00 p.m. East Forsyth is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.

East Forsyth lost 10-2 to Lassiter on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Cedar Shoals had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They had just enough and edged out Central Gwinnett 9-7.

Gretta Garrett made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and four unearned) runs off three hits. Garrett was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. That's the most hits she has posted since back in August.

In other batting news, Ky'Esha Gainer was a standout: she got on base in two of her three plate appearances with five stolen bases and one run. Those five stolen bases gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jewel Daniels, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Cedar Shoals' win bumped their record up to 6-16. As for East Forsyth, they now have a losing record of 10-11.

Everything went East Forsyth's way against Cedar Shoals when the teams last played on September 5th, as East Forsyth made off with a 17-1 victory. Do the Broncos have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Jaguars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
