Basketball Recap: Scranton Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Scranton can now relate to. They fell 39-30 to the Central Dauphin Rams on Friday. The matchup marked the Knights' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Central Dauphin got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Olivia Green out in front who posted seven points along with 17 rebounds and four steals. Green is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 19 games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Samantha Sembrot, who had seven points in addition to five boards and three steals.

This is the second loss in a row for Scranton and nudges their season record down to 15-9. As for Central Dauphin, their victory bumped their record up to 17-10.

As of now, neither Scranton nor Central Dauphin have any future games scheduled.
